Why Support KPCA?

Your dues and donations go to pay for maintaining all of the services, features, and upkeep of the Kensington Park Neighborhood. They also pay for other initiatives and activities that enhance living in our community. Additionally, being a dues-paid member allows you to take part in the Association’s decision making and planning.

• Entrance maintenance and beautification.

• Entrance lighting.

• Maintain KP website.

• Vote on important KPCA issues.

• Advertise in the annual garage sale location map.
